• What materials are used in your earrings?

I use 18k gold, sterling silver and rose gold filled hard ware and jump rings as well as stainless steal.

• Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes. The materials I use are considered hypoallergenic and are wear-tested before use. There is a percentage of the population that is considered extra sensitive and therefore may have an issue due to it not being "solid", however, I have never had anyone complain or have cause or conern.

• Are your earrings handmade?

Yes! I love my earrings so much and consider them like little friends of mine. I show the process and much more over on my IG page!

• How long does it take to process and ship my order?

5-14 business days depending on the nature of the order. Most of my items are ready to ship and therefore will ship out in 5 business days, however, if you have any made to order items in your package, they can take up to 2 weeks. *I prioritize holiday orders*

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship everywhere I can and happily have flat rate shipping for customers in the US, Canada and the UK using USPS along with the shipping you're familiar with!

• Can I track my order?

Of course! Every single order comes with tracking that does not cost any extra.

Do you offer custom orders?

I choose the color and hardware that I believe works the best for each piece but I also completely understand that some people have preferences! I have a "hardware change" addition you can add to your cart and leave a message to let me know what you would like instead!

How do I care for my polymer clay earrings?

Most of my earrings are relatively delicate, however you can gently rinse them with water if they get dirty.

Please do not go swimming in your earrings or expose to extreme heat or cold.
